we stayed in a triple room complete with shared bathroom, plenty storage space plus double-glazed windows. lovely breakfast and other services were fantastic.

Perfect little hotel in a comfortable and really handy location to Marble Arch In less than 30 minutes, loved this place. The room was a nice size and the amenities included climate control and an electric kettle.

The bagged breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from. It was nice to have air conditioning, an electric kettle, and tea/coffee in the room. - the location was super convenient and the services provided were efficient.

Upon arrival, the room temperature was a bit chilly, but the heater quickly warmed it up. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to bus and underground tube stations. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the room was spacious and well-maintained.

This place is conveniently located just minutes away from Bayswater, making it very central.

During our stay, we appreciated the fact that our two families were able to stay together in one room. It was also helpful that the hotel accommodated us for an extra night at a reasonable rate. Additionally, the staff at the reception were friendly and allowed us to check in one hour early.

There were a few negative aspects of our experience. the shared bathroom situation led to a lot of noise during the early hours, with slamming doors and loud conversations.

The hotel staff is accommodating and friendly, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Furthermore, the hotel offers the convenience of storing luggage after checkout.

One downside was the lack of an elevator, which made reaching the 4th floor quite challenging.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and had a big window that opened to a lovely view of a tree. It was also conveniently located close to several train stations, making it easy to get around this city. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner.

I did notice that there were no hooks in the room to hang towels, which was a bit frustrating.

The hotel is very near to Kensington Gardens and the station. It is also right next to Queensway. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided in paper bags was a nice touch.
